Nashua landlords arrested for alleged water heater installation improprieties

NASHUA — Three landlords who allegedly installed water heaters in their properties without obtaining permits were arrested Monday by city police, according to a release.

Christopher Eckler, 52, of Nashua, and Paul Koroma, 52, and Mohammed Mobeen, 52, both of Manchester, were each charged with misdemeanors after they installed the water heaters without permits and without being licensed fuel gas-pipe fitters.
