Merrimack NH – Landlord Connection, NH’s largest tenant screening company with over 3,000 members has partnered with TransUnion Credit Services. Our current members will be automatically enrolled with no changes needed to your membership. However, when you renew or if you are a new member you will have to provide a Photo ID in addition to the other information we require. If you are currently not qualified to receive full reports that option will not be changing but you will still receive Credit Evaluations and Decision Reports.
We will be discontinuing Experian credit reports on March 15, 2015. We believe TransUnion will give our customers more information in a easier to read format.
