Howdee everyone,

Because of the blizzard, the hearings originally scheduled for Tuesday now scheduled for Wednesday.

Also NHLA, has proposed amendments to 2 of the bills.

There are some pieces missing from the original language but a lot of the amendment seems acceptable and even more clearly written.  We are studying the amendments and will respond at the hearing.  If you would like to discuss this more or would like copies of our response prior to the hearing feel free to contact me.

Contact Nick Norman for a copy of the NHLA Amendments.
